Dealt with Wajeeha Suleiman from Metropolitan Premium Properties. I must say the agent didn’t ENSURE the work that was agreed to be done by the owner of the property was completed before handover. Many promises that it would be done..it would be done. Then we found ourselves in major wreck with ant & termite infestation, major repairs, A/c cleaning was not done, and still repairs from our initial visit has not been addressed. Should have been followed-up properly by the agent. After the deal was closed and we paid the commission, Agent didn’t call back or responded to message. Frankly, a very bad experience !
